Paul focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution in electrical engineering, electronics and semiconductors. He received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and his Masters degree in Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University. He is fluent in Chinese.
Before joining Cooper Legal Group, Paul served as the Senior Manager of IP at a touch screen manufacturer in Taipei, where he led a multinational team managing patent prosecution for the Taiwanese firm and a partner in Sunnyvale. He also worked as an in-house Patent Agent at the premier semiconductor manufacturer in Hsinchu. Paul has experience prosecuting patent applications in various technical fields, including electronic circuits, semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes, telecommunications, touch electronics, software and optical vision.
班德邁是美國專利代理人，在南加州大學取得電機工程學士的學位，他在國立台灣大學電子工程學研究所取得電子工程碩士學位。
班德邁曾在台灣知名的半導體厰及觸控面板公司擔任過專利代理人職位，所專精領域包含半導體製成、電子電路、光學面板、觸控面板等技術。
